The ordering process was very easy, the only issue we had, was we were billed twice. We have not seen the credit yet, but this was just discovered yesterday.

We spoke on the phone when you brought this to our attention. We issued a refund immediately while we work with the credit processor to figure out the cause of the problem. We appreciate your business!
