I have been using Emma email marketing for years and years. It's great! And they have always been a tremendous help with any issues that have arisen. The fact that I can call and talk to a helpful, well trained HUMAN is HUGE! I recommend Emma highly!

We have been trying for almost 5 weeks to get in contact with someone in your creative services department to give us an estimate and timeline for a new template. This is unacceptable and is putting our project in jeopardy. Please get someone to contact us ASAP.

Every time I reach out to Emma's support team, my problem is resolved rapidly. They are so kind, so friendly, and so thorough. Sometimes my tech support questions seem ridiculous, even to myself, but they are never condescending and always so wonderful to speak with.

I needed to be guided through setting up Subscriptions in Emma, and different 'manage preferences' forms.

I hadn't done a newsletter in years, so I was rusty on the details. The support person walked me through it quickly and kindly on the phone...I didn't get the feeling at all that she minded telling me some of the most basic steps.

I was trying to get three images in a row, without success. I contacted Emma support, and in minutes I had a reply from Tom. Wonderful service, and a very happy Emma user.

Great Customer Service Any time I have an issue that I can't figure out through the Help section, someone is always a quick phone call away to assist. I have never had to wait hours on hold either and appreciate the quick, reliable help.
