Received my product as advertised and in a timely manner!

The product itself is very good, but it is impossible to change the delivery address - I tried 4 (!) times after I moved, both on the website and via contacting customer service, and every single time, the order was delivered to my old address. Finally had to cancel my subscription, and customer service did not even get back to me when I let them know. It's a shame the won't fix their website.

The staff is very kind and considerate. It often takes two days to get help or feedback.

The product was (and is) tailored to the latest findings of those people doing research into prevention of Covid and minimizing the impact of Covid. Previously I had taken the same basic products... but it required a large handful of individual pills.

I love this doctor and all his information. Thank you to him 🙏
