Quick shipping for quality hoses

Ordered a pool and was not told when to expect its arrival. Called multiple times and was told 14 days after ot shipped bit didn't know when it shipped. Finally received the pool and after scheduling to have it installed found out part of it was incorrect. Now still waiting for the correct pieces and have had to reschedule installation and may not get it installed because the pieces aren't in yet. Paid a lot of money for something we can't even get answers to when we will have it complete. Had left multiple voice-mails with Mark regarding a possible return since we may not be able to have it installed this year and instead of returning the call he emailed saying hopefully the parts will be in within a couple weeks... absolutely ridiculous

Online ordering was quick and easy, the price is great, and shipping to me is free! How wonderful is that? Thank you Namco!

Delivery quick. Very difficult to call customer service. Pool is good so far.

Purchased pool in February 21 with an install date estimated for mid June. Was told buy early since install is on a first come first served. Pool has been sitting in my garage since February. Melanie the installation coordinator out of corporate claims Peabody never sent my paperwork (Peabody Manager claims paperwork was sent in February as has it all in writing). She never put in my work order in until last week when I started making calls. Now my install date is August- months after my estimated date. I planned my whole summer around this pool. I paid around $2500 for install and not a single person is contacting me to refund my payment. I’ve called corporate almost daily. Next stop is small claims court!

My experience at Namco was one to remember today. I haven't been into a store in years, but when I went in today I saw a huge selection of patio. It was nice to see the furniture in real life. I recommend anyone to shop here for a patio set especially if you want to see how it will look in your backyard!

Very professional

My 1st time purchasing a pool and let me say it has by far been the worst experience ever!!! (Pool was purchased early March) The Store staff is and was rude, I was hung up on and then called back. When they called me back I asked to speak to supervisor who would not get on the phone. ( Very unprofessional on their part) Reached out to cooperate several times ( not once were they any help) left messages and received no calls back. I was given different dates on pool installations. Installers were very rude, unprofessional (a lot of profanity used during installation), did a horrible job excavating (where I’m paying extra to have it corrected) let’s just say I’m absolutely unsatisfied and would never use Namco again or recommend them to anyone else!!
