After 7 weeks of them not answering phones, I filed complaints and got a refund. Well kind of, they said they would issue the refund, but nothing appeared on my card, so I filed a credit card dispute to avoid more finance charges.

Your website is not user friendly! No where can I find anything about shipping times??? In the check out there is no place to put your Namco credit card! Customers like to know approximately when their order will be shipping!
