I purchased a Robot for cleaning my pool and I had a experience salesman that recommended me this Robot. It helped me clean my entire swim pool for the whole summer. I would recommend it to everyone who have the swim pool.

Your installation was not completed properly and poor craftsmanship. They also ripped up my yard. Ran over my wife’s flower garden fence. Your installation guy said he was going to send me a $50 coupon and never did plus he was unpleasant to deal with and Unprofessional!

Wouldn't know where to start. Still waiting on my reinstall as the first one was not done correctly. Ive had to stay ontop of namco as they dont answer all my questions. Not all the issues are resolved and all they want to do is issue store credit. Im disgusted its taken this long to resolve
