I had a great experience at Namco in Salem New Hampshire I needed a new liner and the guy over there looked everything up order the liner came in in a few days and they picked up the rest of my pool supplies while I was there! I like to personally thank that person who works in the Salem Namco he went out of his way to make sure everything worked out

The store staff was willing to provide me an attractive discount on a seasonal closeout on a great Polaris robotic pool cleaner. It was all I needed to feel very good about the deal and purchase.

The plastic post covers broke the first winter. I emailed the store manager 2 times and spoke to her in person. She has refused to fix the problem or get back in touch after each email. When a customer spends money they expect a quality product. When that doesn’t happen I expect someone to step up and fix the problem.

Install was not smooth

You lied about the price of the pool, you said the installation was included but when the installers came they indicated that the installation was separate , you let me buy too much salt for the pool and then would not let me return the rest . The worst company !! Do not buy, you will be sorry !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been buying my pools from Namco for 20 something years. My pool feel apart last winter, when I opened it in the spring the inside in places separated, you told me it was due to the winter. I know that's not true, because I did nothing to it this past winter and everything is fine, no further damage except what was there before winter. I didn't cover it, I put no chemicals in it and it stayed exactly the same. Corporate said they would make it good for me, that meant I would pay at least 1,000.00 dollars and get a new pool. That was not making it fine with me. I haven't fixed it yet, but I plan on calling another company to fix it. I am not satisfied at all with Namco, after all these years I will find a new place to purchase my pool needs. Thank You Linda Orstrom
