How easy it was to order and receive the earing aids. The product is as stated in the ads and they work really well for him. Very happy.

These hearing aids were too small for me to handle. When I asked for a refund, it was like talking to a brick wall. The marketing is great but I had to become irate to get a return number.

They refused to send a prepaid return label for their defective product. Fortunately I had saved one when I returned the 1st defective product. Not sure I would ever do business with them again

Returned two sets. The original was too big for the canal. The over ear one had a technical issue. Sent another pair and charged 497.00. So far I’m out 800.00. Want to return these as well. Didn’t open the package. This experience has been a nightmare. Very very disappointed

The Hearing aids worked fine right out of the box, after I charged them. After the third use I experienced a problem with the right ear piece - no sound. Eventially I discovered a particle of ear wax in the thin line. I inserted the cleaning tool into the dome and discovered that I could not remove it unless I removed the thin line from the ear piece. I called the support number and she explained how to remove the thin line from the earpiece. I followed her instructions and removed the thin line and was now able to push the particle completely out of the thin line. I reassembled the thin line to the earpiece and the right earpiece once again worked fine. I learned a lot about the hearing aids and would offer this advice. Be sure to clean the wax out of your ear canals prior to inserting the domes into your ears. This product is extremely sensitive and works well if you follow this advice.
