We were offered an upgrade at no cost as the buds would not stay in the ear canal, these were supplied and we are trying to make use of them now, thank you.

They were great at first but then faded as time went by. I got constant feedback and I couldn't use my cell phone when I had them on as the feedback was horrendous. One thing that the company can do to make them better would be to be able to adjust the hearing aids to your particular hearing from each ear. They said that they were working on it but haven't done so yet.
