I like the company but there is no follow up

Initial consult, medication efficacy, shipping and ease is use is stellar! Payment is upfront and there are no hiccups. Ongoing communication could be better

Meds great, great customer service, prompt delivery, everything is in black and white

Meds work great for me. Love how fast the products ship and arrive. However, I feel that there could be better communication dealing with the company itself. Things I would like to see them incorporate: member dashboard, more email reminders such as when the current prescription is going to process. Emails letting members know when a maintenance call needs to be scheduled to speak with a provider.

The customer satisfaction with this company is really great. I really enjoyed dealing with the doctors and the employees at this company and they were really really helpful.

It was easy to get approved and get the medication at a far better price point thank any where else I could find. Thank u nativemed! Now we will see if in 5 years I get any of those horrible side effects and have to come change my review. It's a chance I'm willing to take I guess. Meh

Losing weight faster than I could have hoped for. No side effects!! Company is nice to deal with. Answers all of my questions. Would recommend to anyone!!!
