The chair is perfect. This is my second maxnomic from you guys with the other lasting 7 years lasting much longer than expected. Material is great, smooth and comfortable, the chair feels premium as it should at this price point.

Best. Chair. Ever. I bought this on recommendation from my son and it did not disappoint. The chair is comfortable, solid and it looks good, too! I was pleased with how quickly it was shipped, and the packaging was excellent. Directions for assembly were very clear and easy to understand. 100% would recommend to others.

Very please! I bought my chair in 2017 and it finally started to wear out and was uncomfortable. I called in requesting replacement parts as only the seat portion was messed up. Thomas informed me due to back order they were not able to get me a part for some time. Due to the inconvenience, he offered me free embroidering on the purchase of a new chair. A small gesture but appreciated none-the-less. The chair shipped immediately and was here in 2 days. Fantastic customer service

My chairs base, pneumatic cylinder and tilt broke. I emailed their support, provided photos and a video of the items being broken and they shipped parts immediately. Support was amazing but disassembling the chair was hard. The instructions make sense but my cylinder was so busted I had to beat it out with a real hammer.
