Melissa J and Alyssa D were the dream team. I'm a first time home buyer so naturally I had a lot of questions and concerns. The whole process ended up being much easier than I anticipated and as stress free as buying a house could be. They stayed in constant communication, even with my crazy work schedule. I never had to wait long to receive a response on any of my questions. This dynamic duo made my dream a reality! Melissa even reached out to me after closing to make sure I know she is still available with any questions or concerns. Thank you Melissa, Alyssa & Neighbors Bank!

As a first-time homebuyer, I had a lot of questions going into the mortgage process, but my experience with Neighbors Bank was outstanding. Rob Parham, my loan officer, and Nina Eacker, the loan coordinator, made the entire process extremely easy and stress-free. They were both very informative and took the time to clearly explain everything to me along the way. I asked a lot of questions, and they were always patient, making sure I understood each step of the process. Every time I reached out, they responded quickly and were always willing to provide the information I needed. Rob and Nina worked hard to get my loan approved and ensured everything moved smoothly. I’m very grateful for their help and would highly recommend Neighbors Bank, especially Rob Parham and Nina Eacker, to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and supportive team during the home-buying process.

My experience with Christian Gentil was outstanding from beginning to end. He made the entire lending process feel simple and manageable. Christian took the time to explain every step and made sure I always felt informed and confident. He is incredibly responsive, professional, and genuinely committed to helping his clients succeed. What impressed me most was his consistency. Every question was answered quickly, every detail was handled with care, and every part of the process moved smoothly because he stayed ahead of it. It is rare to find someone who combines expertise with such genuine customer care, but Christian does exactly that.
