Scott W and team helped make the dream of homeownership come to fruition! Our loan process was delayed due to two deaths in our immediate family. This is our first time buying a home and it was extremely easy with Neighbors Bank. I was nervous not knowing what our first steps should be but we were able to close within two weeks! Real estate agents and the title company had never heard of this bank but agreed this was one of the most efficient closings they had experience. No matter how complex your situation is they will help figure things out!

I had a terrible experience with this company. My phone was immediately getting spammed, i was getting ran around and confused by these people. The loan officer called me and left a message, I tried to get back in touch with Adam Bolton via text, calls, and email with no reply after almost 3 weeks. I'm so glad I didn't commit to buyin a home based off this companies pre-approval letter, especially after reading all the bad reviews. This is the most important investment of your life, choose wisely, choose someone else that cares about their clients

It was a great experience from day 1! Abbie was absolutely wonderful and patient. Always available for my questions and concerns! My team went above ad beyond 100%. Even had the clear to close two weeks early. I would highly recommend!

Ashley Patterson is my loan officer in charge and Tessa Henderson is my loan coordinator. Both has been really helpful, worked hard with me to finish the deal. They guided me well all throughout the process. They are always willing to answer my queries and concerns as a first time home buyer. They both did an excellent job.
