The experience with Neighbors Bank was one I can describe as feeling at ease. I could always reach out to my loan officer and would always get a timely response via text messages or phone calls. In each encounter I was encouraged along the journey. I cannot remember feeling overwhelmed. I thank the team at Neighbors Bank for all the help with the process of owning a home for the first time!

Working with Rachael and Neighbors Bank was SUCH an easy process - the online portal was easy to use and understand, they were super great about communicating with us, both proactively as well as answering any questions we had, and it was just easy (not something I thought I'd ever say about buying a home). I had an amazing loan officer, Rachael Plaggenberg. She made the process simple and easy. Everything could be uploaded and posted on a secure online forum. The process was fast and closing was a breeze. As a first time home buyer, I never was made to feel bad about asking questions. Highly recommend the company but especially Rachael.
