I’d really love if a message feature was enabled in the portal. Making an appointment for a simple question feels inefficient at best, a money-grab at worst.

Please know that we strive to provide accurate and comprehensive answers to all questions, which often requires reviewing your chart and medical history. This is why we sometimes need to schedule appointments, even for what might seem like simple questions. We do this to ensure the highest quality of care and the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Their customer service is on point. They make sure they call and check on you. They also provide lots of well-detailed information regarding breastfeeding and what to expect as a new mother/parents.
