Netchex is payroll and HR software built for the people who keep America running: hotel front desks, gym floors, health clinics, restaurants, dealerships and manufacturing lines. These businesses juggle shift workers, multiple locations and pay rules that get complicated fast. Too often they’ve been stuck choosing between a big provider that treats them like a ticket number and a small one with a weaker platform. We started in Louisiana twenty years ago so they wouldn’t have to choose.Payroll, time and attendance, hiring and onboarding, benefits and HR all live in one system with one login. No re-entering data between tools, and no training course needed to find your way around.Service is where we really try to stand out. Implementation is free and project-managed, data import included, and takes about six weeks. You get a dedicated Implementation Manager to get started, then a dedicated Account Manager after that, so you always know who to call. 90% of our service calls are answered in under a minute. Our customers rate us 4.8 out of 5 for satisfaction, and G2 reviewers give us 8.9 out of 10 for Quality of Support. We care more about long relationships than quick wins, and it shows: the average Netchex customer has been with us for more than 10 years. Because when payroll breaks, it isn’t just software. It’s someone’s paycheck.

I have used Netchex for at least 12 years since I purchased my business from my previous employer and for several years prior to that. The dashboard is easy to use, the fee for the service is fair and the employees are always very helpful when I have questions. I highly recommend Netchex to anyone looking for a payroll company.

I love the payroll service!! It is so easy to do payroll every two weeks! The very few times I have had to call the staff was always very helpful.

Every part of the product is very user friendly and intuitive. The support staff is always quick to answer questions or point you in the right direction. We have been with Netchex for 13 years and we look forward to many more in the future.

Netchex has streamlined our payroll process tremendously. Before Netchex, I had to use three different software platforms for payroll and upload and manually pay federal and state taxes. Learning the Netchex software did take time. The video's available online are helpful and tech support has always explained things to make it an easy learning process.

NetChex has amazing customer service. We have used a few different payroll providers over the 12 years we have been in business and to date, NetChex is the best. This is both the best at the services it provides, but also the best value. We love the 401k intergration, the WOTC credits, the recruitment module, and more. As a SDVOSB, we employ personnel across many states and have multi tax jurisdictions. This is not an easy account, but NetChex makes it easy!

Whenever I have a question or a problem someone is always there to help me. They are always helpful and very courteous. Last week I had a payroll problem and Jena was very patient in helping solve my payroll issue. Another employee there named Marsha has always always been very helpful to me.

In addition to have a fantastic, robust product, Netchex has the best customer support I've ever encountered. Their employees are knowledgeable, courteous, and thorough.

Speaking to support is always a pleasure. The CSR that I spoke with most recently was extremely knowledgeable, and worked promptly to help with my problem. I love the option to speak to live support. I'm not crazy about the recent changes made to the chat option. I find that there are too many "hoops" to jump through to get to a live person.
