The services provided by NetReputation are invaluable and I'm quite grateful for their existence. All personnel I have dealt with are most professional and accomodating, in a real way. I have not found flaws in the customer service provided and all personnel are very competent, professional, and friendly. It is very easy to schedule online meetings with them and communicate effectively in a timely manner with email as well. I found their level of service so good I decided to use their identity protection program also. Whenever I speak live with any of the staff there, they are very down to earth and everyday people. I have many years of experience working with others in the computer, medical, and other fields and can confidently recommend this company as one that is a pleasure and ease to deal with . Thank You.

Responded immediately. Explained the situation. Knew what to do. Explained what had likely happened and what they could do about it. Quoted a (I think reasonable?) price. Gave concrete time frames for their undertakings. Will now see how results go. But so far, really appreciate their help.
