Big promises,Paid $7,000.00 including monthly monitoring and after 60 days the content wasn’t removed and the staff is non-responsive. Good initial response but total account abandoned after 60 days Save your money and spend it on writing content yourself. Their Talk is cheap and fees expensive

Awful company, I have opted out of their email numerous times but then another person with the same company (Net Reputation) emails me. You would think a company that wants to get paid to clean up your reputation would care about their own.
