I have been with new self for my second 6 month refill. They have been very responsive in all communications through the entire process including shipping and deliveries. They do expect you to do biweekly checking which is painless. I am at max dose of 14mg of Tirzepitide and have lost 30 lbs after being stagnant on GLP1 for over 18 months.
