Retired RN here. I found the assessment for intake very thorough and handled very quickly. I started my first dose today and hope it does what is expected. A little disappointed that ordering it month by month is so much more expensive than ordering it for the year. I don't want to commit for that time period until I see how effective it is.

The entry process was very good and easy to navigate. The refill came quickly on time, and gave me a good warning about when it would be there. The only thing that I did not like was that when I tried to communicate with the doctor in the chat, I did not receive a response. I had to keep calling back to try to get a response then I would get a message back, but it would always be during my working hours that they would call back to talk to me. Otherwise, my experience has been good. The medication has helped me lose 50 pounds. I’m extremely pleased with my results.
