i have the product, it works, the supplier did not send needles required , i cannot get through to anyone at the company that is a real person. i live in rural south Carolina and one must have a prescription to get needles.

I went on line and I wish I never gave these people’s my phone number. I have told them no At least 6 times. I still get calls from them at least 5 times a day! Every time I tell someone no and take me off the list. I will receive another call. I am literally ready to file a complaint. This response is the dumbest response that I have ever seen. How in the world when someone calls knows my full name and phone number then specifically ask about the product that I inquired about on the website? Yes you are RESPONSIBLE! What does my phone settings have to do with your company calling from different numbers from my area code? I didn’t expect you to be honest I have already seen the FDA investigation against you, not giving customer’s their refunds and changing your name from the other trouble company OHMYMEDS. A tiger does not Change its stripes because the name has changed. Anyone considering using this company!! Don’t trust them! They are being investigated by the FDA. They just changed the name. Don't threaten me with a good time!

The lady that called was very helpful and honest. She convinced me it was not a scam. Also they included nausea pills.
