I am happy that I have lost 2 pounds in about a week, it doesn’t sound like a lot but to me it’s amazing! I was at a plateau being that I’m in menopause. I will continue to exercise eat well and use this regimen… I found on my light a little bit tired but nothing excessive… Putting very good nutrients into my body… Thank you!
