I had lost weight on semiglutide, but was hoping to lose another 10 pounds with the tirzepatide. I have lost 2-3 pounds in 3 months, just hoping for a little more. Only side effect has been constipation, which I expected. New Self has been great to deal with on ordering and shipping.

Hi Becky, Thank you for sharing your experience so openly—we really appreciate it. We’re glad to hear that ordering and shipping have been smooth and that your overall experience with Newself has been positive. We understand how it can feel discouraging when progress is slower than you expected, especially after having better results previously. Everyone’s body responds a little differently, and sometimes a dosage adjustment or treatment review can make a meaningful difference. We strongly encourage you to connect with a provider through the patient portal using Doctor on Demand so they can review your progress and see if an adjustment may help you reach that additional 10-pound goal. Regarding constipation, you’re right—it’s a known side effect, and we’re glad you were prepared for it. If it becomes uncomfortable, a provider can also offer guidance to help manage it safely. Thank you again for your feedback and for trusting Newself. We’re here to support you and want to help you see the results you’re hoping for. Best regards, Newself

I am very happy with the medication. My frustration comes on with the ability to contact you. I sent an email and it would not go through. I can’t find a phone number. I can’t log into my account either. I was charged for my medication before I even ordered it or did my medical review and I didn’t have the money in my account. I Need to order it when I’m ready or not!!!

Hi Shawna, Thank you for taking the time to share this—we truly appreciate your honesty. We’re really glad to hear that you’re happy with the medication, and we’re genuinely sorry for the frustration you experienced with communication and account access. That’s not the experience we want for you. We understand how upsetting it can feel to be charged before you’re ready, especially when you’re unable to log in or reach someone easily. Please rest assured that your feedback has been noted, and we’re actively working to improve our communication channels and make account access smoother and more reliable. For future orders, you should always feel in control. If you prefer to order only when you’re ready, our support team can help ensure your shipment timing and billing align with your needs. You can also manage your plan directly through the patient portal once access is restored. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience. We value you as part of Newself and are here to help make things right moving forward. Best regards, Newself

People Beware: All of these reviews are fake. Here is how you can tell. Notice how they are all posted on the same day right afer one another. This is OhMyMeds just by another name. The pharmacy they use is like a TEMU pharmacy. Dont trust anything about this place.

We send out emails to customers to collect the reviews every few weeks, hence the flood of positive reviews. Anyone with half a brain can easily ascertain they are all verified reviews. The pharmacies we use are some of BBB the largest, most reputable in the country. This is more than likely a review posted by a competitor. We bought OhMYMeds to help their patients get access to better care.
