Just a week on your program, 2 months on another, more costly site. 12# loss in last 2 months.nothing yet with this one. Food noises are returning.

Hi Charlene, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We understand your desire for consistent weight loss, especially after already putting in the effort over the past two months and seeing progress elsewhere. It can be frustrating when results don’t feel immediate, particularly within the first week of a new program and when you notice food noise returning. It’s important to know that during the early weeks, especially when transitioning from another program or medication, your body may take some time to adjust. Appetite control and weight changes can vary depending on dosage, timing, and individual response. This is something our medical team can review to ensure you’re on the most appropriate plan moving forward. We encourage you to log in to your patient portal and send a message so your prescribing provider can review your progress, discuss the return of food noise, and determine whether any adjustments are needed. We appreciate your honest feedback and patience. Warm regards, NewSelf Team
