We have two Fold STs and taking them everywhere since it even fits into our Toyota Mirai, which has rather small trunk room (1 in trunk and 1 in backseat). When we broke the headlight mount by accident, their support responded immediately. We are extremely happy with the Fold ST and the customer service!

I bought (Feb 2024) a Urtopia Carbon 1 Pro and have been using it regularly. It's been a great ride, easy to assemble, convenient features (GPS & App). I recently got my charger stolen while it was charging in the bike locker room of my building. I reached out to the Urtopia support and social media teams. They were so helpful!!! Ding from the support team secured my charger and delivered it promptly. The social media team keep me updated. I'm very impressed with the support and highly recommend Urtopia!

My name is Molly, I bought the ST e bike two weeks ago. So far so good. I am really satisfied with the bike. The battery is excellent, which was charged in 4 hours from empty. I bought it the most because the REP Stella, who is so patient and offers excellent service. I enjoy the bike every weekend now.

i needed to order a battery for an early model Urtopia Ebike and I actually wasn't optimistic they would have one, but they quickly checked their stock and advised me one was available and they could ship it asap. absolutely wonderful Company. I purchased my bike from them and all the accessories and I couldn’t be happier. It’s such a smooth ride.
