After I documented my defective battery issue with videos, I was told to work through the store where I purchased the bike, but then someone realized that wasn't really necessary and I was sent a new battery promptly and return postage for the defective battery. So I am now a happy camper. Thanks Reese!

Very responsive customer service frrom Reece and the Carbon Fold ST is a pleasure to use. This model is easy mounting for older folks who aren't as nimble as they used to be. I bought mine for use while visiting the US and wanted to take it back to Switzerland which is not possible as this model is not approved in Europe and even if it were, trying to ship Lithium Ion batteries is also a nightmare.. So I am ordering a Carbon Fold 2 from Germany for use in Switzerland which will take a bit more entry/exit effort.

Very responsive customer service. Bought 2 step through bikes, a new Carbon 1 ST and a refurb Classic ST. Refurb bike had 1 broken reflector and 1 missing seat collar and they shipped both out the next business day. New bike had a firmware question and they answered very quickly. Using the Urtopia app for firmware updates for the refurb Classic ST could be more clear but I figured it out looking online for instructions. Carbon bikes are very high quality and should last for many years.

Excellent customer service. I received a quick response to an email I sent regarding a possible upgrade to my handlebars. We determined it was possible to upgrade. Shortly after that, I received the shipping info and was kept updated on the progress of the shipment. Part was received and now installed. I loved riding my Carbon Joy before, and now I am enjoying an even more comfortable ride. Love my Carbon Joy and the excellent and prompt service.

I have owned a utopia for many years and love the bike. Thankfully The new ownership has been very helpful in supplying some needed parts. Over the years I have purchased and own other much more expensive E-Bikes but find the Utopia my favorite at great price point

The bike rack was great but not a good fit for my panniers. Urtopia responded quickly and provided a refund without requiring a return. That is the best possible response.

Although I haven't received my bike yet I would like to apeak on my customer service. Specially about a representative named Annie. She walked me through the process and after I made my purchase I went back and watched more tutorials and realized I liked a different feature. I contacted Annie and she was able to make the change just before it shipped. Very impressed with the customer care and I plan on revisiting my review when my new bike arrives. Chomping at the bit with excitement for fall rides!

I was searching for a lighter e-bike than an Aventure 2 which was my current bike, nice bike but too heavy and awkward. I researched a lot of bikes and finally test drove the Carbon Atom and decided on going with it. I made a lot of calls and emails to Urtopia about the bike and they were very helpful. Also their shipping was fast and any questions I had were responded to promptly. I have been riding bike for a week now and I am very happy with the performance. It is a great riding bike that has a great feel and ample power. Time will tell on how dependable and trouble free it is but for now I am loving it. I hope this company grows and expands so there are more bike shops carrying this brand.
