Great and quick responses from customer service but the band they soldered for me looks messy the quality of the bands are not great. I hoping to get refunded the cost of the band $399 and Ill have to have the diamond transferred to a better quality band.

I placed an order for my wife for our anniversary. It was semi-custom as the original was all white metal. I requested yellow gold. The customer service told me it would be 4 weeks which was tight for our occasion. They delivered early and the piece looks amazing! Would highly recommend.

Product shipped promptly. Didn’t receive it right away, but that was FedEx and not NWD. I called the company and the order showed up the next day. Earrings were very nice and my wife loves them.
