One of the worst customer experiences I’ve had. Nexamp took many months and repeated follow-ups for them to answer even the most basic questions, and canceling was incredibly difficult. They twice confirmed in writing that my account was closed with no remaining balance, yet I later received another attempted billing demand (that directly contradicted their own confirmations and was immedatly disputed). Thankfully, everything was documented. The entire process was disorganized and deeply concerning. Based on my experience, I would never recommend Nexamp to anyone.
