For some reason unbeknownst to me,Nexamp dropped my account. I don’t know and was never informed by you. I have resubscribed, but now it will take 90 days before I see the solar usage on my electric bill? My account was auto pay and my card has always been valid. So I’m wondering why?

We appreciate the opportunity to clarify what occurred and outline the steps we’ve taken to resolve it. In June, we encountered an issue processing your payment and attempted to contact you via phone and email to address it. Unfortunately, we didn’t receive a response, which resulted in your account being marked for cancellation. A cancellation request was subsequently sent to your utility, and as a result, your account was removed from the project. To reinstate your account, it was necessary to add it to the general waitlist. Your account was marked as VIP, ensuring it was prioritized on the list. While this process can take 1-3 months, we are pleased to confirm that your account was recently reactivated and added to one of our solar projects. You should start seeing credits applied to your utility bill within the next few billing cycles. We sincerely regret any confusion and inconvenience caused during this process. This ensures that you receive the discount on your electricity bill before we issue an invoice. While the production period may not always align perfectly with your utility billing cycle, it should still provide helpful context for when discounts were applied.
