We want to be completely transparent with everyone reading this. We believe some important context was not included in your account, and we would therefore like to clarify the facts.
Our records show that Karl purchased a NinjaBot AI license valid for 12 months, not a lifetime license. At the time of purchase, the 12-month term was clearly stated both at checkout and in the applicable purchase terms.
His access remained active throughout the entire contracted period and expired on October 4, 2026, in accordance with the original plan purchased.
During this period, Karl had access to the product and used NinjaBot AI's services. The issue arose only after his annual license expired, when he requested continued access to tools and community areas that are currently included in our Lifetime plan.
When Karl originally joined NinjaBot AI, the Lifetime plan did not exist. The available offer at that time was a 12-month license. As NinjaBot AI evolved, we subsequently introduced new plans and membership options. These new plans do not retroactively convert previously purchased annual licenses into lifetime access.
Even after Karl's license expired, our team made an effort to assist him and offered a special upgrade option as a courtesy, seeking to find a reasonable solution that would allow him to continue using the platform.
For this reason, we respectfully disagree with the claim that NinjaBot AI failed to fulfill the original purchase agreement. Karl's license was clearly defined as valid for 12 months at checkout and in the applicable terms, and he received access throughout the entire contracted period.
We understand that Karl may have developed different expectations as a long-standing customer. However, those expectations differ from the licensing terms that were presented and accepted at the time of purchase.
We remain available should Karl wish to speak directly with our team regarding his account.
