I have been trading with Richard at Traders agency for some time now. Richard is a very honest person. When I joined him, I was a beginner. He teaches how to analyze the market, how to patiently wait, and when to execute trades. It means that in Richard's daily sessions, you learn something new every day. Now, I am an intermediate level trader, but still, I learn something new in Richard's room every day. Every day, Richard starts with a fresh look at the market, sharing top-level market analysis from scratch. Richard is not just a very good mentor but also a very honest person. He goes above and beyond to support. There are hundreds of participants in the daily trading sessions, and I think everyone thanks Richard in the room for his email responses. He has responded to every email of mine so far, guided me, and answered my questions in the room daily. I am very grateful for this. Richard is really a very honest man, and he always tries to ensure that you always win. If it were up to me, I would give Richard thousands of stars.

I have purchased a indicator bundle and addon to it after a short video that promised 30 days risk free. Indicators were not compiling properly and i could not get help. the returned phone calls were only to sell me more, nobody called from support. I had no choice than to remove indicators completely. The addon had no value at all. After that I requested refund as was promised in 30 days risk free guarantee. For more that a week I did not hear from sales representative, only got an article about refund policy on some robotfactory from them so far. Not only the product is defective but they apparently do not honor their refund policy or mislead in the videos.

Hi Alexander, We're genuinely sorry for your recent experience. Ensuring top-notch service and products is our priority, and it's disheartening to learn that we fell short. Despite the terms of our "30 Day Love it or Replace it" guarantee, we've approved your refund after reviewing your interaction. Our goal is to always find the best resolution for our customers, and we're dedicated to enhancing our service to better serve you in the future.

Purchased one of their indicator packs. Initially had issues activating the license but a quick support ticket resolved the issue. Indicator works as advertised. Thank you!
