Your communication is terrible. Never confirmy order or sent a status update. When the patches arrive you have cropped out my company logo of the design making them useless. I have sent a form indicating this and I expect a full refund of my money. Update 10/21 You actually saying that I have to pay even more to make sure that you print the complete design provided to you? Some how it is my fault for not paying more? It could not have been more clear, a promotional patch with ONE image and ONE text below (single word) and some how you decided that the text wasn’t necessary? Even in your website the file provided to you shows all the elements. If this is your way of apologizing for a mistake you are doing a terrible job.

the order was delayed after doing fast shipping the sent it via USPS and the colors of the patches don't match and don't look good at all, this isn't the first time this has happened and will never order from them again

Wrong product shipped again. Company refused to correct mistake. This is the third issue we’ve had. Time to move on to another company.

The quality of the product is fantastic! Colors are perfect however the length of time on shipping is a bit long.

USPS lost or damaged the package and Mercedes with Ninja Patch was more than accommodating, getting a replacement order generated right away! Disappointed the original shipping had issues but more than pleased with Ninjas handling of the issue.

Hat Patches turned out fantastic
