I ordered silicone patches, and they were of great quality with easy-to-follow instructions. When I placed the order, I didn’t realize it would take longer to make them than it would to make standard patches. The support staff was very nice and changed my delivery method to a faster one at no additional charge. They arrived on time, and there were some extra patches!

Good turnaround time for custom patches, they are good quality and look exactly like the picture when I ordered them. Hopefully they hold up well over time.

Cristalyn was very helpful on the chat. I had just placed an order, but wanted to change the email to ensure I got the updates needed. She was very polite and quick to help with those changes.

UPDATE (09 July 2026): I have ordered several more times with them, and with another issue that the company did a good job of fixing, I'm happy with the results. Thanks, I'm glad I got to change my rating. I've ordered twice from them. The first order went smoothly and I loved the quality. The second order didn't go as well. I ordered embroidered patches. Ninja Patches stated the design was too complicated for embroidered, and suggested I switch to printed. I declined, stating that I wanted embroidered. I redesigned the patch. Ninja Patches once again said it was too complicated, and I once again stated I wanted embroidered. This time, they offered that I purchase a proof to determine if the decline in quality would suffice. I did, and approved it. What I didn't notice, however, was they switched to printed on the proof. Admittedly, I should have reviewed everything, but they knew I wanted embroidered, and the description on the proof was a little vague. When I received the patches, I contacted the company, who informed me I approved the proof and the cost was the same, because they embroidered the border. So now I have an order that I and the company knew I never wanted. I'll probably use them again and hope I have an experience like my first purchase. My advice is to review everything they send, because they will not take the extra step the ensure you're on the same page.
