Bunch of scammers, Paid $500 for a tax retrurn which was not done. asked for multiple updates and no replies. No one to get through to to ask for an update. Had to get the bank involved to reverse the charge. I would avoid.

The platform is very easy to use, the registration process is simple, and the guidance provided at every step made the whole process much easier. The EIN application is very simple. They clearly explain the requirements for non-residents. Everything is organized in an easy-to-understand way, even if you have never set up a US company before. I'm a Nonresident Tax client for the management of my US compagny. For over two months, I have received no response to my emails despite multiple follow-ups. This silence is unacceptable for a service that handles sensitive federal tax obligations (Form 5472, registered agent, state compliance) where every missed deadline triggers direct IRS penalties for the client. As of today: - I have no visibility on my LLC's compliance status - I don't know whether the mandatory annual filings have been completed - No one responds, neither by email nor through the platform Through this public review, I am requesting: 1. Written confirmation of my LLC's current status (Good Standing or not) 2. Proof of filings completed for the current year (Form 5472, state annual report, active registered agent) 3. A dedicated contact to resume communication within 7 days I chose your service precisely because it advertises "automatic compliance" and a "zero penalty guarantee." The bare minimum is to be able to verify that this promise is actually kept. I will update this review as soon as a concrete response is provided.

I could put 5 stars really. They had some minor bugs in the platform and repaired them promptly when I informed them. Additionally, I became a customer in deadlines period, meaning very busy period for accountants. Everything delivered as promised with very good communication in the chat. I would put 5 stars next year, as I am not planning to change them.
