Nonresident TaxReviews of nonresident.tax

Fast, professional, and smooth service from start to finish. Everything was handled efficiently, clearly, and on time. The process was easy, communication was prompt, and I felt supported throughout. I am truly grateful for the excellent help. Thank you very much!

I had previously given a 1 star review after troubles I had using Nonresident Tax but Serkan (who btw is a great guy) reached out to me via email and explained the issues that were taking place. There were some technical issues regarding my company formation and Serkan was kind enough to offer me a full refund. Aside from the issues I faced Nonresident Tax is a great company with a very comprehensive, easy to use interface. Though be aware the small team have lots of work on their hands so extent your patience. All in all I'm happy with Nonresident Tax. I'd recommend the service to anyone looking to form a US company.

I recently used Nonresident Tax to manage tax services for my U.S. business as a non-resident. Their platform made a complex process much easier to navigate, especially as someone without a background in U.S. tax law. I appreciated the simple user interface and clear guidance through each step. Communication was responsive and proactive — I received timely updates and direct contact from the team when I had questions. Overall service feels professional and reliable, and I now have confidence that my filings and regulatory requirements are handled properly. I would recommend this service to other non-resident business owners looking to streamline their accounting and tax obligations with peace of mind.

As a designer I always hate the numbers, especially the ones that governments needs it. Lot of complex processes, emails and the days you have to track is super distractive. We have been working together with Nonresident Tax almost 3 years and I'm sleeping well. They have solved every issue that I have in my mind and help out all the way. Can't recommend more

One of the best in this field. I can now focus on my craft and just let Nonresident do all the tax work. We've been working together for 3 years and its been a butter smooth experience.

I was impressed with the simplicity on tax handling for someone like me that has no knowledge or connection to do US tax in a straightforward way. The support was top notch, as soon as I signed up I got direct call and everything was proactive Everything in UI was simple with clear steps and I could make clear expectations of what the platform will do for me Processing time was very quick, as soon as I finalize my steps everything was right away processed Highly recommended to anyone who wants to handle taxes worry free.

It's been 1.5 years since I founded my business in the United States as a non-resident owner through nonresident.tax. The process was quite smooth and fast — it took less than a week to receive my official documents, and they also helped me open bank accounts for the business. This team is still handling my tax returns, and I always get answers instantly whenever I have questions. Highly recommended!

I had my US company formation with firstbase 2 years ago and i was overall satisfied with the process. Regardless, every modular service being an extra cost was a bit annoying. Last year I’ve seen nonresident which promised a straightforward tax declaration and gave it a shot. Long story short, in a few months after our first interaction I’ve carried all services related to my company to nonresident. Main reason was not price, but the diligent customer service. I have never had a question unanswered more than 24 hours. Considering a simple address change taking 2 weeks with the different service provider, this was the real value for me. Here I feel like a valued customer. Thanks for this.
