At Notebird, we believe that caring well for people shouldn’t depend on memory or sticky notes. It should be simple, intentional, and shared.Notebird was built for organizations who want to provide better care for their people — churches, ministries, hospitals, schools, and nonprofits that see people as more than names on a list. We help you track visits, phone calls, milestones, and prayer requests so you can follow through faithfully and never lose sight of the individuals who matter most.Every day, pastors and care teams use Notebird to stay connected and organized. They can see the full history of a person’s care at a glance — who visited, what was said, when to follow up next — all in one central place. No more forgotten notes. No more wondering, “Did someone already reach out?” Everyone stays on the same page, and the people you serve feel seen, valued, and remembered. Our goal is to make pastoral and personal care simpler and more consistent, so your team can spend less time managing spreadsheets and more time being present with people. Whether you’re following up with new guests, checking in on members who are sick, or celebrating important life moments, Notebird gives you the clarity to act with confidence and compassion. We know from experience that meaningful care changes everything. When people feel remembered, they feel loved. When a church follows up at just the right time, trust deepens. When volunteers and staff have visibility into what’s happening across the team, the ministry grows stronger and more unified. That’s why we’ve designed Notebird to be intuitive for everyone — from tech-savvy staff to volunteers who simply want to help. There’s no complicated setup or steep learning curve. Just a clean, easy-to-use space built for real-life ministry. You can group people by teams or campuses, assign follow-ups, track milestones like birthdays and anniversaries, and generate simple reports that help you see patterns of care across your organization. Our cu

Notebird has been an incredible asset to our congregation. We have brought our requests to the staff and received thoughtful feedback and appreciation. The user experience has continued to improve even from our direct feedback. One of the reasons I have struggled with giving five stars is that there are times when the wording is not truly ecumenical knowing that it is not all Christian entities. I have offered that conversation as well.
