A few years ago, I tried Nutrisense and got the Dexcom CGM. It worked great. I only had a problem with one of them. Since then I have reenlisted and they have sent the Stelo CGM. I have had nothing but problems with them. I can’t get one of them to last for more than seven days. I asked for a different kind and they said that there was no such thing. I can’t believe I’m the only one having problems with them. This is the sixth one I’ve used. Very disappointed. And out a lot of money.

We are truly sorry to hear about your experience with the Stelo CGM. We understand how frustrating it is to invest in your health and feel let down by the hardware, especially after having such a positive experience with us in the past. We sincerely apologize for the issues you've faced with sensor longevity and for the information you were previously provided regarding our hardware options. This certainly isn't the seamless experience we strive to provide our members. Our team has already reached out to you via [email protected] to look into this further and make things right. Please keep an eye on your inbox so we can resolve this for you as quickly as possible. Best regards, Nutrisense Support

My first video consultation was seamless with Nutrisense checking and verifying my insurance coverage for me and confirming my coverage. Speaking with a dietician was more beneficial than I expected giving me support and actionable recommendations on next steps that were attainable. I look forward to improving my health with the support of Nutrisense.
