Good insights to help keep me meeting my health goals

You can buy the Stelo CGMs on Amazon for less and get the same monitoring and advice through the Stelo App. I didn’t realize I had signed up for a subscription until I got billed again. Almost certain I signed up for just 1 month to try the sensors and see about continuing. Once I got billed, I worked hard to cancel. Cancellation only available through the app. Ultimately I was successful but I had to set up the app in order to do so. Setting up the app required me to give a lot of personal information and set up an appointment as I couldn’t use any of the functionality of the app without first handing over the personal information and setting up an appointment. I had to go in and cancel the appointment after canceling the subscription. Total waste. Go to Amazon. Get the Stelo (or other) sensor and save a lot of money. I had a great experience with the Stelo App. Learned a lot Changed eating habits after wearing sensor over just 2 weeks. Go this route and ditch the Nitrisense product.

Dr. Aldrich is fantastic! He is very knowledgeable and supportive to help me improve my health, wellbeing and weight without judgments. Highly recommend!

It's only been a few months, but I've made a lot of changes that are working for me and maintainable. She's helped me to reach my first goal faster than I expected. Teaching me new things every time we speak. Between her advice and the app, it's easy to track my eating habits and reach my nutritional goals. I only wish I had known about this resource earlier!
