I contacted customer service by email to change my subscription. Someone responded right away and explained my options, which was helpful, because I only thought there was one option! They also let me know about a discount that I was not aware of. Once I made my decision and emailed them back, they took care of things immediately. Service was efficient and friendly!

My experience with Nutrisense was great. I worked with my dietitian Victoria who was absolutely fantastic. Her guidance was so helpful, she taught me a lot and gave so many tips and advices. I wanted to learn how to better my nutrition and she for sure helped me a lot.

I'm happy to have joined NS and it has offered me my first experience with CGMs and it's an ongoing process. I like the app interface and its ease of use and I also like the fact that a professional dietician is helping me out throughout my journey for sustained good health. The only reason I'm giving my experience so far a three-star rating is the fact that I feel NS is significantly lagging behind in terms of offering CGM technologies. I joined in Sep 2023 and was offered the 14-day libre, which is already more than three years old, liber 2 and now libre 3, already 1.5 yrs old, are out and many other competitors are already offering them but NS is not. I sincerely hope this will change in the very near future as the number of other choices offering the latest in CGM technology is continuously growing.
