Outstanding Nutritionist

As a physician, I do know about nutrition and exercise physiology. I am not however a nutritionist or a personal trainer. I came across Nutrisense year ago and started this journey to improve my overall health and improve my physical fitness. Knowing about healthy blood glucose responses before, during and after my training has been a major breakthrough in my life. Having lost over 30 pounds in a very low carbohydrate/Keto diet you can imagine how afraid I was to introduced carbs to my healthy diet. My nutritionist Andrew not only helped me to do this but helped me obtained the healthy amounts of overall carbs, fats and proteins that help me improve my training into mild triathlons. Activity that I started just doing at age 45 thanks to the healthy habits reinforced in the last 2 years. Andrew is a well known nutritionist which helped him not only with my diet but my overall relationship with food and exercises. It is 100% recommended. Pedro
