In all my experiences with Odinlake, I've found them to have fast shipping, great customer service, and excellent quality. The chairs are easy to assemble, very supportive, and comfortable for sitting long hours, while still being quite affordable.

Excellent Customer Service! Although my desk was delayed due to a backorder, Zoey was incredibly responsive, patient, and helpful throughout the process. She kept me updated, answered all my questions, and went above and beyond to assist me. The desk has now arrived and looks great! Thank you, Zoey, for your outstanding customer service!

One of the bolts stripped out when I tried to put it in. My husband had to tap it out and put a different one in. It was in the base plate for the seat. I also thought this chair reclined. It doesn't.

Thank you for sharing your experience, and we’re sorry about the stripped bolt during assembly. That’s not the experience we want you to have with your new chair, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. Regarding the recline function, the L2 is designed to recline from 90° to 135°. If your chair is not reclining, there may be an issue with the adjustment setting or the mechanism itself. Please contact our support team with your order details, and we’ll be happy to help troubleshoot the recline function and check the seat mechanism for you. If any replacement parts are needed, we’ll make sure you’re taken care of. Thank you again for your feedback. — OdinLake Team

Quality, sturdy standing desks and office chair. Nothing was damaged in the shipment and instructions were clear.

The chair came very well packaged, and even came with white gloves to protect the chrome finish’s during assembly.
