We loved working with Offerpad. The process was very streamlined and polished. Greg and Kim kept us up to date every step of the way as well as addressed any concerns we had. They were simply amazing. Offerpad gave us a very competitive offer and we were able to move out of our home as soon as we were ready without the hassle of people coming through our home or having to hire someone to "stage" our home.

We sold to Offerpad as there was a lot of uncertainty around when we would close on our new build. We were able to change the date several times without issue and the entire process was very easy. When we went to close on our new house the money had already been delivered and we stayed in the house a couple days to make the move extremely easy.

These people will end up low balling you. They do NOT pay top money for your home. DON'T TRUST THESE PEOPLE
