This experience was like riding a roller coaster, emotionally. I really didn't trust anyone and kept feeling like the Offerpad staff, and the offer, was simply too good to be true. Always waiting for something bad to happen in the process. Far from anything bad, only the best experience I have ever had in property transactions. It is truly impossible to put into words the relief and gratitude I experienced when the check actually posted into my bank account. I will always recommend and praise the Offerpad team for the professional, experienced, and efficient process they have clearly mastered.

Offerpad was great and easy to work with everything went smoothly and was able to be done around our schedule.

We didn't want to go through the traditional sales process again - where we weren't in a position that we had to sell it just wasn't worth the hassle. We reached out to Offerpad and kicked off the process knowing that if it wasn't good we could just say no thanks. The offer, even after their fee, was solid. The process was super easy and we had a contact each step of the way. I kept waiting for the "gotcha" and I was sure that we'd see it during the inspection phase... Nothing - they didn't pick at little things and didn't ask for fixes or credits. The ability to change our closing date as needed to sync up with the house we were buying was a huge benefit. We took advantage of the free 3 days post-possession and that proved to be a life saver as we ran into a few last minute stumbles on the new home. Closing with First American title was flawless. The original rough estimate Offerpad provided for closing costs was very close. No hidden fees, no last minute surprises, just a clean & easy transaction. For us, this could not have gone better. Yes the fee may be a bit higher but for the convenience we were looking for it was a great option. Great process and team, we'd work with them again.

Offerpad made the selling process easy. I loved that they covered Bellhop (who was great) and the 3 day post posession. I only gave 4 stars, because I did have a hiccup with Offerpad. They made an offer about 50k over what we were thinking. After the inspection they called trying to flat out cancel the deal (because they way over offered). After talking to several people we agreed to a new purchase price and an addendum was signed. It was smooth sailing from that point forward. I would use offerpad again and would recommend them.
