A true partner in building our customer support team
Our company, a luxury hardware retailer, partnered with Office Beacon to build out a remote customer support function as our e-commerce business grew, and the experience has been exceptional from start to finish.
Their screening process was thorough. Office Beacon presented well-qualified, pre-vetted candidates in a structured meet-and-greet, with their implementation, sales, and recruitment team members all on the call. After every meeting, they send detailed written summaries covering the discussion, candidate evaluations, action items, and owners. This level of documentation makes decisions easier and keeps everyone accountable.
Onboarding was equally well organized. Office Beacon provided the equipment, coordinated the technical setup with our systems, and assigned a dedicated Client Success Manager and Team Leader. Our implementation manager stayed involved through the first 90 days to ensure a smooth transition.
The ongoing relationship is where they really stand out. We hold weekly check-ins to review status, discuss training ideas, and assess overall satisfaction. Office Beacon is receptive to our company's specific requests and adapts to how we work. They also regularly bring forward suggestions on how we can better use their services to support our growth, which makes them feel like an extension of our team rather than a vendor.
