Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your experience left you with this impression. We strive to be transparent in all of our communications and business practices. Regarding our event invitations, while we would like everyone to be able to attend, participation is subject to specific qualification criteria that help ensure the event is relevant and beneficial for attendees. We understand that this may sometimes lead to disappointment, and we regret if the process was not clearly communicated. We take all feedback seriously and are always looking for ways to improve our outreach and communication. We welcome the opportunity to discuss your experience further and address any concerns you may have. Please contact us at [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]). Thank you again for your feedback.
