Very disappointing experience — misleading “Lifetime/Unlimited” subscription
I purchased the Lifetime/Unlimited package believing I would have unlimited access to the features advertised. Unfortunately, after purchasing, I discovered that many models and features are restricted, with limitations on resolution, duration, and availability. The “Unlimited” package is therefore nowhere near what I expected from the offer.
I requested a refund within their stated 14-day refund period and have contacted their support team twice over the past 5 days. So far, I have received no response whatsoever.
I even tried escalating the issue directly, but still received no meaningful response.
This has been extremely frustrating. I paid for a service based on what was advertised, only to discover significant limitations afterward, and then couldn't get a response when requesting a refund.
If you're considering purchasing their Lifetime/Unlimited plan, I strongly recommend carefully checking exactly what is included before paying.
I'm currently waiting for them to honor their refund policy. If they continue to ignore my requests, I will escalate the matter through my payment provider and the appropriate consumer/legal channels.

Islam, your $399 Lifetime payment was refunded in full on 30 September. Nothing is outstanding.
You requested the refund 20 minutes after purchase, yet over the next five days your account generated 8 videos and 4 images, including on the day you posted this review. The resolution and clip length included with each model are listed beside it on our plans page, and higher resolutions, up to 4K, are available on a usage basis.

No response and no contact regarding my refund
FORMAL REFUND REQUEST – $399 Lifetime Purchase #2965
I purchased the OmniRogue Lifetime Plan for $399 on September 24, 2026.
Shortly after the purchase, I contacted OmniRogue and requested a full refund of the $399 payment.
So far, I have received no response. The company has not contacted me, has not replied to my messages, and has provided no information regarding my refund request.
The complete lack of communication is extremely disappointing, especially considering that the purchase was $399.
I expect a full refund of my payment.
If OmniRogue continues to ignore my messages and does not refund my money, I will take further steps to recover the funds, including reporting the matter to the appropriate authorities and the police, as well as contacting my payment provider.
I hope OmniRogue will finally respond and resolve this matter without the need for further action.
Purchase date: September 24, 2026
Amount: $399
Plan: Lifetime
Issue: No response, no communication, and no resolution regarding my refund request.

Very disappointing experience with…
Very disappointing experience with Swaybyte / OmniRogue. I do not recommend purchasing this subscription.
I purchased the $99 plan specifically because Seedance 2.5 was advertised as “Unlimited.” I work with AI video commercially, so I believed I would be able to use Seedance 2.5 extensively for my client projects.
After paying, I discovered significant limitations. The unlimited usage I encountered was limited to 5-second generations at 480p, while other settings required credits. These limitations were not clear enough to me before I made the purchase.
The service has also been extremely slow for me. Sometimes I have had to wait around 4 minutes just for a single image generation, which makes it very difficult to use professionally.
I requested a full refund on the same day I purchased the subscription, as soon as I realized the service was not what I expected based on the Unlimited advertising. I am still waiting for the issue to be resolved.
$99 is a very significant amount of money for me. It was money I needed for my housing expenses. I took the risk of spending it because I believed I could use the advertised Unlimited access for commercial work and earn the money back. Instead, I have lost both valuable time and money, and this has put me in a very difficult financial situation.
If the limitations of “Unlimited” had been clear to me before checkout, I would not have purchased this subscription.
I sincerely ask Swaybyte / OmniRogue to refund my $99 as soon as possible.
To anyone considering purchasing: please carefully check exactly what “Unlimited” includes and what restrictions apply before you pay.
I will update this review if and when I receive my refund.

Mahabat, your US$99.99 was refunded in full on 21 September, the day after your purchase. Nothing is outstanding.
In its first two days your account generated 13 videos and 8 images, so the service was working throughout. The resolution and clip length included with each model are listed beside it on our plans page, and higher resolutions are available on a usage basis.

Worst performance of any aggregator I've tested.
Unannounced watermark appears on downloads. Videos came out extremely grainy at any resolution. OmniRogue throttles Seedance down to a max of 10s per render. And the safety filter got tripped for sexuality with two clothed men sitting across from each other chatting.
Reply from OmnirogueSep 3, 2026
Mark, four specific complaints deserve four specific answers.
Watermark: paid-plan downloads are not supposed to carry one. If yours did, your account was being treated as a free account for those renders, which we will correct.
Grain: a genuine failed render is re-run at no cost, and we would rather do that than tell you to try a higher setting. Send us the prompts and we will re-run them.
The 10-second cap on Seedance: that is a limit on our side and it should have been on the pricing page before you paid. That is on us.
The safety filter: two clothed people talking should never trip it. That is a false positive and we want the example so we can fix the filter, not explain it away.
We have added 1,300 credits to your account. Email [email protected] with the subject "Mark – Sam" and the prompts, and it comes to me.

Unexpected charges and unresponsive support
I initially subscribed to a $29/month plan. However, I was charged $97.99 unexpectedly for a plan tier that was not clearly communicated at checkout.
Furthermore, several platform tools were malfunctioning, and customer support made promises to resolve the issues but eventually stopped responding altogether without issuing a refund. Due to the unresolved billing dispute and lack of communication, I have escalated this matter to my bank.
Reply from OmnirogueSep 3, 2026
Himanshu, the $97.99 charge on a $29 plan was a billing error on our side, not a plan change you agreed to. It hit a group of subscribers in mid August and every affected account is being refunded.
If your refund has not reached you, it goes out this week, and we will not contest the dispute you opened with your bank; you will simply get the money by whichever route lands first.
Send one email to [email protected] with the subject "Himanshu – Sam" and the email on your account so we can confirm the refund and look at the tools that were failing for you.

Trustpilot Review Title: Disappointed — $399 Lifetime Plan Did Not Match Expectations
I purchased the Lifetime Access / unlimited plan for $399, expecting the advertised Pro Max access and unlimited credits.
However, after purchasing, I found that credits were still required for certain features, including access to some models and image upscaling. There were also restrictions and long cooling-off periods for image and video generation, making the platform too slow and impractical for my intended production workflow.
I contacted OmniRogue AI to request a full refund and provided my purchase evidence. It has now been five days, and I have received no response or acknowledgement from customer service.
This has been a very disappointing experience. The product did not meet my understanding of the advertised unlimited access, and the lack of response to a refund request is unacceptable.
I would strongly recommend that potential customers carefully review the actual limitations and refund process before purchasing. I am still requesting a full refund as soon as possible.

Chamil, thank you for writing this carefully, because it makes the answer simple. You asked for a refund inside the 14-day window with proof of purchase, and five days of silence is not how that promise is meant to work.
We are refunding the $399 in full. You will get the confirmation at your purchase email, and the funds take 5 to 10 business days to land depending on your bank.
For anyone reading before they buy: the pricing page now lists which models are unlimited and which draw credits on each plan, including upscaling, so the workflow question Chamil raised can be answered before paying rather than after.
If the confirmation is not with you in one business day, email [email protected] with the subject "Chamil – refund" and it comes to me.

Avoid this scam – $399 down the drain and zero support
Avoid this scam – $399 down the drain and zero support
Do not trust this company. I purchased their $399 "Lifetime Unlimited Access" plan, advertised with no usage walls across models like Seedance, Veo, Grok, ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini.
The moment I generated my first video, the "unlimited" tag vanished and switched directly to a credit-deduction model. Every single tool is credit-gated. Worse, after logging out and back in, my account completely reverted to the Free Tier. My $399 lifetime license vanished, my generation history was wiped, and access was completely revoked.
It has been over 10 days since I submitted multiple support tickets and a formal refund request. Not a single response. Avoid this platform entirely.

Mohammad — you were right, and we're sorry. Your refund request from mid-August sat for weeks longer than it should have, including a reply that promised action and didn't deliver it. We've now refunded your $399 Lifetime purchase in full to your original payment method. We've also corrected how we describe the Lifetime plan: it is not literally unlimited on every tool — it runs on a shared generation queue with per-model limits — and we should have said that plainly when you bought it. If anything about the refund needs a hand, email [email protected].

Deceptive and dishonest AI provider
First, they do not allow unlimited Seedance generations as advertised. Or any of the models, for that matter. They cap you at 20 per day (for Seedance videos and most Image options) and then want more credits for additional generations (which cost more money on top of the plan). They also lock you out of creating additional generations for 5 minutes after EACH generation. They also have changed the number of daily generations allowed on the “unlimited” plans multiple times in my month as a member. They have also removed 15 seconds as an option for Seedance 2 video generations, only allowing a selection of 5 or 10 seconds. 15 was an option when I first signed up and was removed with no warning. Seedance 2.5 only allows a max of 10 seconds as well, despite 30 second generations being a major feature of 2.5
If the above is acceptable and you do choose to use them, be VERY careful when signing up for a plan. As they charge you the full year all at once when signing up for a monthly plan. I realized too late unfortunately. They also advertised a “no questions asked, 14 day money back guarantee” and do not follow through on that promise. When I first contacted their support over a month ago, they apologized for poor service, offered credits as compensation and asked that I try the service for another week to experience it “as intended”. If I wasn’t satisfied, they would proceed with my refund. This happened 2 additional times after continuing to pursue the refund, and now their support will no longer respond to my ticket at all. I am stuck with a $2,000 plan. They also changed the wording of their refund policy between the time I signed up and the time I am writing this review.
I don’t want to say they are an outright scam because you do have access to their service to a degree, but the description of their offerings is deceptive, if not outright dishonest, and their billing practices/customer support is very deceptive and dishonest.
I can’t seem to fix my current situation despite many attempts, but hope I can at least prevent others from being scammed.
Update: I created another ticket as they requested. I have no belief they will make things right but I figured I would try. 14 days later and still no response at all to the ticket, and now my account does not have unlimited Seedance 2 anymore AT ALL without using credits. I’m almost positive now that the request for another ticket was just to disable my account for leaving a negative review. They also tried to have my review taken down. Coincidence?
Update 2: they replied and politely acknowledge they were at fault for bad communication, but still denied my refund even though I requested it the day after signing up. They say I’ve been using it but that’s because I have no choice but to use it. They did give me some free credits though, but ultimately doesn’t help losing $2k
They have improved some things to help show what is unlimited and what is not. But have also changed exactly what is unlimited multiple times since my initial sign up. ie steadily decreasing the length of video clips allowed with unlimited, decreasing the resolution you can use for images, etc
Still stand by the review

Danny, the annual Pro Max plan on this account has been active since 26 June and has generated 477 videos and 1,420 images, including this week. The models and settings each plan includes are listed beside them on our plans page.
We've written to you directly about your request, and that is not tied to this review.
