When choosing a lender, it’s important to work with the best! Founded in 2001, our company has grown to become the largest retail reverse mortgage lender in America*.It’s also important to work with a lender that has credentials. One Reverse Mortgage is approved by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and our loan program is insured by the Federal Housing Administration (FHA). Companies approved by both the FHA and HUD must follow strict guidelines that help protect consumers. We also have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau and are a member of the National Reverse Mortgage Lenders Association (NRMLA).BlogAbout UsWhere We LendContact Us

I have no reservations at all. Mike and Roger were great to work with. When there was a problem Mike did above and beyond to correct it. This is why I went back to ORM and I would di it again.

Really, a very professional organization at all levels. My primary loan associate, Austin Yost offered stellar advice, help and clarification at every step in the loan process. Underwriting requests, (from Lorna) were clear, concise and timely (no last minute 'rush' demands). All in all, a very relaxed and positive experience with a terrific financial outcome than expected for us at closing. Thank you ORM!

They made a promotional offer ($3,000.) they later tried to rescind. I wouldn't allow it, so it seemed they tried to make it nearly impossible for me to close the loan. And if that accusation isn't true, then the liaison (Eric Bitanga) to underwriting was either poorly trained, incompetent, uncaring, or an idiot. I received multiple requests for the same documentation and my emails went unread. Finally, a day before closing I was told they couldn't close because my home had a lien against it. After receiving the lien document, I had to point out it clearly stated the lien was against an insurance company and specifically said it was not held against my wife and me. A high school student could interpret the document, which was in plain English. It's been a few months -- and I've chosen to forget many aspects of the frustrating experience. The reverse mortgage did go through, so I'm happy with the result. I'd also say I was never treated disrespectfully

Second time around using One Reverse Mortgage, once for myself and now I'm helping my mom use it. Adam Dise for me was wonderful. Adam told me the history of reverse mortgage which I often share with my friends and relatives. Delilah McDay for my mother continues right now to be supportive and understanding. Both always return calls promptly and both took me step by step with care through the process of getting a reverse mortgage. It's great to work with a professional, responsible company like One Reverse Mortgage. Thank you, Janice M. Lee
