All assistants are customer friendly, helpful, respectful, knowledgeable of their product, procedures, processes and services. They are prompt to respond and serve. They are careful to describe and clarify. They are professional and trustworthy. The documents have excellent format that makes them easy to understand and easy locate information. I really like the business model that allowed me to do everything at home. The documents were sent by UPS, and my banker guided me through the documents. Then, UPS picked up the documents. Each step/phase transitioned into the next step smoothly. No long waiting periods.

One Reverse Mortgage agent, explained everything clearly and was very patient when I would ask questions that she had already answered, making sure that I understood what had been said. I am very satisfied with Reverse Mortgage.

I believed that a reverse mortgage was not what I needed and after trying to get my home refinanced via the HARP program without any luck then I was contacted by Quicken loans who had told me I was not eligible for HARP but to consider a reverse mortgage. After talking with Drew I felt comfortable pursuing a reverse mortgage and found out many options I had.
