When choosing a lender, it’s important to work with the best! Founded in 2001, our company has grown to become the largest retail reverse mortgage lender in America*.It’s also important to work with a lender that has credentials. One Reverse Mortgage is approved by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and our loan program is insured by the Federal Housing Administration (FHA). Companies approved by both the FHA and HUD must follow strict guidelines that help protect consumers. We also have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau and are a member of the National Reverse Mortgage Lenders Association (NRMLA).BlogAbout UsWhere We LendContact Us

Great experience--we had a loan through Quicken Loans, One Reverse's parent company, and their handling of the process was the same as Quicken's: professional, proficient and extremely enjoyable. They kept us informed every step of the way. They provided complete documentation at every turn. Extremely good service from their banker and his process coordinator. Would I recommend them? Absolutely!!

Ryan Watson worked with me to come up with the best reverse mortgage proposal. I had shopped my needs with 4 other reverse mortgage companies and Ryan gave me the best offer. Abby was my loan processor and she made the details painless. Thank you both for a pleasant experience!
