After initial contact was made everything was carefully explained, all questions answered to my satisfaction and the process though very long (much longer than a "regular" mortgage) went smoothly. The only problem I had was caused by the time difference between the California Office and my home since it is in Indiana. I do work PT and have flexible hours so that was part of the problem. But I'd get a call from CA at 5 or 6 at night and it was because CA was 4 hours different. Of course I was not usually home so learned the game of phone tage.

One Reverse Mortgage team of Mr. Timothy Tofan was the experts that made our process of completing and obtaining a reverse mortgage most pleasing without the headaches. They kept us informed and knowledgeable of the mortgage process of what we needed to have or do to maintain on track to complete the process. Mr. Tofan checked on us almost daily just to see how we were doing even if it didn't have anything to do with our mortgage. He didn't have to do that, due to his busy schedule, but that just show his dedication and commitment to his clients.
